Financial Ombudsman Service
The Financial Ombudsman Service provides a scheme for solving disputes in the mortgage industry where it cannot be solved in-house. Bridgeco Limited and Fern Trading Limited do not subscribe to this scheme and so this will not be available to you for any dealings with these companies.

If you're still not happy
We'll issue a final response to your complaint when we've completed our investigations. For all regulated loans, if you are dissatisfied with our response to your complaint or we do not provide a final response within 8 weeks you may have the right to take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). They will not deal with a complaint unless you have given us the opportunity to resolve it first.
