We don't credit score so we are able to look at each case individually. Our common sense approach to each loan means we are often able to structure a deal, where other lenders may not.

We Won't Try to Limit Your Exposure
Most banks have a maximum number of properties on which they will lend to a particular client, thus making it very difficult for them to extend their portfolio. At Octopus, we have no such restrictions, and we can assist professional landlords who wish to bolster their portfolios.
Short or Longer Term Loans
Unlike other traditional bridging finance companies, we offer both short-term bridging loans (many for a matter of months) and extended bridging facilities allowing customers loan terms of up to five years on all residential Buy to Let and HMO properties.
